Are we headed towards a workplace utopia where AI assistants are the new norm or will there be more eye rolling and lip smacking than embracing?
I have a feeling it's always a little combination of everything in life, you know, and if you don't have a good plan in deploying this technology, I most guarantee it's going to fail. And I truly believe that if you do have a good plan in place and gradually deploy it where you are showing success, because if you do show success within the organization, be sure to articulate that information across and how you can really save money.
But also too, I think to get people to buy into it is how much it's going to save time for them. So then they can go out and maybe take a little bit longer coffee break, maybe at their local Starbucks and because, you know, Copal's got the back.
